Off The Streets Findlay is a program dedicated to helping individuals and families transition from homelessness to stable housing. Off The Streets Findlay provides partial or full security deposits, furniture, and/or household goods for people who are homeless (or recently homeless) and have the ability to pay ongoing rent.

We partner with other social service agencies to ensure clients receive the support they need. To be be eligible, the client must be homeless or transitioning from homelessness. The client must have documented proof of their ability to pay ongoing rent. Please note that our program does not assist in finding rental units.

Become a Referring Agent
To refer a client, you must first be qualified as a referring agent. To make a request to become a referral agency, click on the button below to submit a request form. Once we receive your form, someone from our organization will contact you.
